What are Klin Malaysia product and services?

How long the contract for Klin Malaysia's service?

Minimum contract of 36 months, up to 60 months.

How long should i wait for my application to approve?

We will process your application and send out your result within 30 working days to a maximum 60 days.

My application already approve, how much should i pay?

Once your application approved, you have to make activation fees including 1st month subscription fees.

I had activate my account, when can i get my waste bin and start the service?

Once you already made activation fees, we will deliver your waste bin to your address within 30 working days to a maximum 60 days, your 1st collection will be start on 1st week of new month.

 

What if my waste bin stolen or broken during contract?

Your waste bin are under your responsibility, if its happen, please inform us to make change immediately. Fees as as per details ; 120Litre Bin RM130.00, 240Litre Bin RM240.00 per unit.

How can i make cancellation of Klin Malaysia service before 36 or 60 months period?

You can always make cancellation by contacting us thru toll free number or email to us. Make sure you already settle all your outstanding payment and return your waste bin. A penalty charges of 50% of contract's remaining balance will be charge to applicant name.

How can i make monthly subscription fee to Klin Malaysia, can i using cash?

You will get your payment's link instruction once your application approved. We strictly didnt accept cash payment, only online payment will be accepted.

Can i change address of collection?

Yes, you can apply for collection address's changes subject to management approval.

Can i change name of applicant within the contract period?

Yes, you can apply for applicant name changes within the contract period subject to management approval.

After 60 months period, how can i continue using Klin Malaysia's service?

You can extend your service by filling up our contract extend form subject to management approval.

What to do? Please get the suitable bin size for your waste.

 

2. Your Collection Day Hasn’t Arrived Yet

What to do? Please wait until the collection date.

 

3. The Collection Schedule Been Adjusted
What to do? Please refer the notice and wait until the new scheduled collection date.

 

4. There Were Obstructions to the Garbage Truck

What to do? Please wait until the next collection date. Put the extra waste on the temporary container next to the bin. Double / Triple Load Collection will be carry out on the next collection date.

 

5. You Didn’t Position the Bin at Dedicated Place

What to do? Please put the bin at the dedicated place as per notice given.

 

6. You Put Out Unacceptable Items

What to do? Please refer the notice given during the registration.

 

7. You Put the Bins Out Too Late
What to do? Please refer the collection schedule given.

 

8. You Haven’t Paid the Bill
What to do? Please check your payment schedule and make payment for unsettle bills to resume service.

 

9. Inclement Weather Forced Delays

What to do? Please wait until the next collection date. Put the extra waste on the temporary container next to the bin. Double / Triple Load Collection will be carry out on the next collection date.
